Executive advisory on AI integration for banks, healthcare, and regulated industries.
Dialog AI is an independent advisory practice based in Andorra. We work directly with executive committees and senior management on integrating AI and automation into regulated business operations — strategy, governance, team design, and vendor selection.

##Services
# Four practice areas. Engagements typically combine two or more.
01
─▸Strategy & Planning
Scoping and sequencing AI and automation initiatives across business units. Realistic timelines, defined success criteria, and organizational readiness assessments. Engagements produce written plans suitable for board, legal, and compliance review.
02
─▸Team Design & Hiring
Defining the roles and reporting structures required to deliver AI capability internally. Calibrating executive search and interview processes, and advising on senior AI leadership appointments.
03
─▸Product & Solution Review
Independent evaluation of AI and automation initiatives — existing or proposed — against business objectives, operational constraints, and regulatory requirements. Recommendations are documented, with explicit trade-offs and risk framing.
04
─▸Vendor Assessment
Comparative evaluation of AI platforms, models, and service providers. The primary criterion is fit to the client's objectives — not a generic scorecard. Secondary dimensions follow: data handling, total cost of ownership, compliance posture, and switching costs.

##About
# The practice, and who runs it.
Dialog AI is led by Nathan Zylbersztejn. He has worked in applied AI since 2016, founded and later sold a conversational AI platform whose primary customers were banks, and has held senior management positions in healthcare and health-tech organizations.
The practice advises broadly on AI and automation integration — from conversational AI to process automation and decision support. Engagements are led personally.
